Juan Carrillo has 11 years of planning experience, ten of those years he gained with the City of Palmdale where he started as a Planning Aide in 2005. Currently he is an Associate Planner with the City of Coachella.  He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Cal Poly Pomona and has a Master’s Degree from Cal State Northridge.
